Paras Defence Board Approves Reappointment of Suresh Katyal as Independent Director for Second Term

Suresh Katyal has been reappointed by the Board of Directors of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, commencing from January 5, 2026, to January 4, 2031, subject to the final approval of the company’s shareholders via postal ballot.
