The Public Enterprises Selection Board. following an interview process involving ten candidates held on December 15, 2025, has selected Mr. Parthajit De, currently serving as a General Manager at NHPC Limited (a key Indian hydropower company), for the position of Director (Finance) at SJVN Limited (a Mini Ratna PSU engaged in hydro, solar, and thermal power generation); his formal appointment is now subject to vigilance clearance and approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
