Pramod Kabra Resigns from Shree Digvijay Cement Board Following True North Stake Exit

Mr. Pramod Kabra has resigned from his position as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Shree Digvijay Cement Company Limited, effective from the close of business hours on December 18, 2025; his resignation follows the successful completion of a 45.01% stake acquisition by India Resurgence Fund entities from True North Fund VI LLP, for whom Mr. Kabra served as a nominee director.
