RBL Bank Re-appoints Chandan Sinha as Part-time Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr. Chandan Sinha (DIN: 07464687), a seasoned veteran of the banking industry and former Executive Director of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has been re-appointed by the Board of Directors of RBL Bank Limited as the Part-time Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director for a further term of three years, effective from December 23, 2025; the re-appointment is subject to the necessary approvals from the shareholders and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
