MUMBAI (February 12, 2026) – In a fresh administrative movement within the telecommunications sector, Raghv Purwar has been transferred to the Regional Telecom Engineering Centre (RTEC) in Mumbai.
Purwar is a Junior Time Scale (JTS) level officer of the Indian Telecommunication Service (ITS). His posting to the Mumbai RTEC is expected to support the technical and regulatory framework of the department in one of India’s most critical telecom circles.
