Santosh Kumar Sharma, an officer of the Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS), has been transferred from the Rail Coach Factory (RCF) to Metro Railway. He has been appointed as the Principal Chief Materials Manager (PCMM).
In his new capacity, Sharma will oversee the procurement, inventory management, and supply chain functions critical to the operations and maintenance of Metro Railway. His expertise in materials management is expected to strengthen resource planning and efficiency within the organisation.
