The dermatologist-recommended skincare brand, Cetaphil, has announced the launch of its new Gentle Exfoliating SA Range, specifically created as a solution for oily, acne-prone, and sensitive skin. The brand has named Sara Tendulkar as the new face of this range.
Product Innovation
The flagship product is the Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating SA Cleanser, which utilizes an innovative Tri-Action Formula designed to provide smoother and refreshed skin after just one use. This formula blends three key exfoliating agents:
Salicylic Acid (BHA)
Mandelic Acid (AHA)
Gluconolactone (PHA)
The formulation is further enhanced with Niacinamide, Glycerin, and Panthenol, allowing it to exfoliate while also soothing the skin and strengthening the skin barrier, making it suitable even for sensitive types. The range also includes the Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating SA Lotion.
Brand Partnership
Sara Tendulkar, who has a background in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition, was chosen for her authenticity and advocacy for healthy living, aligning with Cetaphil’s message of mindful, scientifically backed skincare.
Raghvendra Sadashiva, MD of Galderma India, expressed delight in welcoming Tendulkar, noting that her resonance with the younger generation makes her the ideal partner to carry forward the message of confidence through gentle, science-backed skincare tailored to Indian skin realities.
