The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of Justice Partha Sarathi Sen and Justice Apurba Sinha Ray, both serving as Additional Judges, to be made Permanent Judges of the Calcutta High Court.
This recommendation comes as part of the Collegium’s ongoing exercise to fill permanent judicial positions in various High Courts across the country.
