Selva Prabu Elevated to Director – Content Marketing for JioStar’s Tamil Business (JioHotstar & Star Vijay)

Mr. Selva Prabu, a marketing professional with over 14 years of experience in integrated marketing and campaign strategy, has been promoted from his previous role as Senior Manager – Marketing to the position of Director – Content Marketing – Tamil Business at JioStar (the newly formed media giant combining the assets of Reliance, Viacom18, and Disney Star); in his new and expanded role, he will be responsible for driving content-led marketing strategies across the company’s entire Tamil portfolio, which includes both the streaming platform JioHotstar and the broadcast channel Star Vijay, with a focus on strengthening audience engagement, brand equity, and execution across all platforms.
