MUMBAI (Feb 14, 2026) — In a key leadership transition, Shivakumar Subramaniam has officially assumed charge as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF).
Subramaniam, who previously served as the company’s Executive Director (Finance), took over the top post on February 13, 2026. His appointment, cleared by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) and the Department of Fertilizers, extends until his superannuation on July 31, 2030.
