NEW DELHI (Feb 9, 2026) – The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has assigned the additional charge of Director General, National Communications Academy-Finance (NCA-F) to Shri Awadhesh Kumar (ITS officer).
According to an Office Memorandum dated February 5, 2026, the Competent Authority approved the assignment of “look-after charge” to Shri Kumar, who is currently serving as Advisor (Finance) at the DoT Headquarters.
