Mr. Sodha Mosim Abhubakhar (DIN: 08916942), who was serving as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director on the Board of Directors of Silverline Technologies Limited, has tendered his resignation from the position with immediate effect from December 11, 2025; the company has confirmed and accepted his resignation, which he stated was due to personal reasons and other commitments, and he also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
