AHMEDABAD – In a move to stabilize its leadership following a period of executive turnover, Adline Chem Lab Limited (formerly Kamron Laboratories Ltd) has designated Vrushank Balkrushna Patel as its new Chairman & Managing Director (CMD).
The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on February 2, 2026, is set to take official effect from February 10, 2026.
Filling the Leadership Void
Patel’s elevation follows the resignation of Sarang Pathak, who stepped down as Executive Director-Chairman (Managing Director) on November 12, 2025.
