​Subex Limited, a global leader in AI-driven telecom solutions, has announced the appointment of Mr. Venkata Erinti Narayana as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive, Independent Director. The appointment, effective December 25, 2025, follows a board meeting held on the same day where the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee was approved. Mr. Narayana has been appointed for a tenure of three years, subject to the approval of shareholders. His induction is part of a broader “Board Transition” at Subex aimed at strengthening governance and strategic oversight following a significant shake-up in late 2025.
