KOLKATA (Feb 9, 2026) – The Board of Directors of Electrosteel Castings Limited has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Katial as the Whole-time Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. The new term is set to begin on April 1, 2026.
The decision was formalized during a board meeting on Friday, February 6, where the company also reviewed its Q3 financial performance and green energy initiatives.
