In a move to strengthen the administrative framework of India’s premier integrity institution, the post of Ms. Tamanna Sinha has been upgraded to Director within the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC). Ms. Sinha, a high-achieving 2012-batch Indian Economic Service (IES) officer, was initially appointed as Deputy Secretary in the CVC in September 2025 under the Central Staffing Scheme. This re-designation reflects her senior standing and the critical nature of her role in overseeing vigilance administration and anti-corruption policies at the national level.
