Thiru SR Aravind Kumar has been appointed as an Additional Director, categorized as Non-Executive Non-Independent, of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited (TMB) for a three-year term, effective from November 19, 2025, subject to the approval of the bank’s shareholders; Kumar, who has a background in IT and marketing and manages dealership businesses for several FMCG brands, previously served as a Director of TMB from 2009 to 2017.
