Ten Judicial Officers Appointed as Additional Judges of Punjab & Haryana High Court

In a significant move to strengthen the judiciary, ten judicial officers have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Punjab & Haryana High Court. The appointments have been made in accordance with Article 224(1) of the Constitution of India to help manage the increasing workload of the court.

The newly appointed Additional Judges are:

3. Amarinder Singh Grewal

4. Parmod Goyal

5. Ms. Rupinderjit Chahal

6. Ms. Shalini Singh Nagpal

7. Subhas Mehla

8. Surya Partap Singh

9. Ms. Aaradhna Sawhney

10. Yashvir Singh Rathor

These appointments are expected to significantly aid in reducing case pendency and improving access to timely justice in the jurisdiction of the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
