LUCKNOW – In a move that has sent ripples through the Indian bureaucracy, Rinku Singh Rahi, a 2022-batch IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre, has officially resigned from the prestigious service. Rahi, currently attached to the UP Board of Revenue, cited a lack of meaningful work allocation and the existence of a “parallel system” undermining constitutional governance as the primary reasons for his departure.
