CHENNAI (Feb 14, 2026) — The Board of Directors of Sanco Trans Limited has approved the re-appointment of V. Upendran as the company’s Executive Chairman. The decision, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, was finalized during a board meeting on February 13, 2026.
His new three-year term will officially begin on April 1, 2026, and run through March 31, 2029.
