Vineeth Suresh has been appointed as the new Head of Heineken N.V.’s India Global Capability Centre (GCC), located in Hyderabad and formally operating as Heineken Business Services India Private Limited.
Vineeth brings over 20 years of industry and consulting experience, having previously served as Partner at KPMG, where he led the GCC sector for Consumer Markets and Retail. His leadership background includes key roles at Tesco and Diageo, where he managed global operations, digital enablement, and transformation initiatives.
In his new role, Vineeth is expected to spearhead Heineken Business Services India (HBSI) into a strategic transformation and capability hub to support the group’s global operations.
Ákos Magyari, Director at Heineken Business Services, remarked, “Vineeth’s appointment underscores Heineken’s long-term commitment to India as a strategic delivery location. Our India GCC will play a vital role in executing Heineken’s ‘EverGreen’ strategy, driving digitisation, productivity, and future-readiness.”
The India GCC will offer key digital and operational support across finance, HR, procurement, supply chain, and data analytics, strengthening Heineken’s global network of interconnected business service hubs.
