Welspun Legal Head Deepak Chauhan Joins Rolta India’s Interim Board

In a key development following the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approval of its resolution plan, Rolta India Limited has appointed Mr. Deepak Chauhan as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective December 20, 2025. Mr. Chauhan, currently a senior leader at Welspun World, joins the newly formed Interim Board alongside Yuvraj Goenka and Nagamallesh Gattu. This board will oversee the company’s transition and operations under the supervision of the Monitoring Committee until the final “Transfer Date” to the new owners, Ashdan Properties Private Limited.
