Whole-time Director Nirmal Sahijwani Resigns from Mirza International

​Mr. Nirmal Sahijwani has resigned from his position as a Whole-time Director of Mirza International Limited, a leading Indian footwear manufacturer and exporter (known for the brand RedTape). The company received his formal resignation via email on December 22, 2025. While the resignation was tendered this week, it will officially take effect from the close of business hours on February 1, 2026. Mr. Sahijwani, who also served as the Vice President of Operations, cited personal reasons for his departure. The transition period until February allows the company to finalize its internal leadership restructuring.
