CHANDIGARH (Feb 9, 2026) – Kuantum Papers Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Bhavdeep Sardana from his position as an Independent Director, effective from the close of business hours on February 7, 2026.
Sardana, who also serves as the Senior VP and CEO of The Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals Limited, cited personal reasons and increasing professional commitments as the primary factors for his departure.
