MUMBAI — Paper manufacturing entity Sundaram Multi Pap Limited has signaled executive stability, extending the tenure of its core leadership team through multiple top-level board re-appointments.
Amrut P. Shah has been re-appointed to steer the corporate entity as Managing Director, beginning his fresh term on April 1, 2027. Supporting the managing portfolio, Shantilal P. Shah and Krunal S. Shah have also been re-appointed as Whole-Time Directors with effect from the same date.
Further reinforcing corporate governance standards, the company confirmed second consecutive terms for Independent Directors Mrs. Jyoti C. Gala and Mahesh D. Bhanushali, effective June 27, 2027.
