NEW DELHI — In a notable inter-organizational transition, Bipin Kumar, a senior officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME), has been selected for a high-level central deputation to the Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR).
Kumar will take over the crucial portfolio of Senior General Manager (P&S), based out of the corporate headquarters in New Delhi. He transitions to the logistics public sector undertaking (PSU) from his current posting as Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer / Mechanical / Headquarters (Dy. CVO/Mech/HQ) within the Northern Railway (NR) zone.
