NEW DELHI — The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved a two-year extension to the central deputation tenure of senior bureaucrat Rakesh Gupta, currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Department of Health & Family Welfare.
The extension, granted under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, takes effect on August 14, 2026, and runs through August 13, 2028.
