NEW DELHI — Kshipra Patil, the Vice President of Human Resources at TV9 Network, has resigned from her position, ending a notable four-year tenure at one of India’s largest news broadcast networks.
Patil joined TV9 Network in February 2022, where she was responsible for architecting the group’s overarching human resources strategy, driving corporate talent management initiatives, and aligning people operations with the network’s aggressive multi-lingual expansion goals.

Patil is a veteran human resources strategist with over 18 years of specialized experience across the Indian media and entertainment sector. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for designing progressive workplace frameworks and steering organizational transformations.
