THIRUVANANTHAPURAM — In a major top-level bureaucratic reshuffle, the Kerala government has officially cleared the appointment of Bishwanath Sinha as the state’s next Chief Secretary.
Sinha, a seasoned 1992-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Kerala cadre, is scheduled to formally take charge of the state’s apex administrative post on June 30, 2026.
