NEW DELHI — In a major administrative advancement within the Ministry of Railways, Ravi Mittal, a senior officer from the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), has been elevated to a key executive post within the national carrier’s apex decision-making body.
Mittal, who previously managed the portfolio as Deputy Director (Land & Amenities), has been officially promoted and posted as Joint Director (Land & Amenities) at the Railway Board.
