Maruti Infrastructure Limited has formally notified the stock exchanges regarding a change in its board structure, redesignating Chetan A. Patel as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
Patel, who previously served as Whole-Time Director, moves into a non-executive capacity while retaining his presence on the company’s governing board.
