In a key agency promotion, Dentsu India has elevated Akshay Dhody to the position of Senior Director – Media Planning.
Dhody originally joined the network’s India operations in 2025 as Business Director. Following a successful one-year tenure managing strategic accounts in that capacity, he now takes on expanded oversight of the agency’s media planning unit.
A seasoned media strategist, Dhody brings extensive agency experience to his new leadership position, having previously logged nearly eight years at dentsu X alongside an earlier stint at Mediabrands.
