NEW DELHI — Uttarakhand cadre IPS officer Parhlad Narayan Meena (2012 batch) has been selected to serve as Deputy Director (Intelligence & Coordination) in the Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB) on a central deputation lasting five years.
The appointment was formally approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs under the Non-Central Staffing Scheme. The Uttarakhand government has been asked to clear the officer’s relief without delay so he can step into his new national-level role overseeing anti-poaching and intelligence operations.
