NEW DELHI — In a fresh managerial reassignment within Indian Railways, Pankaj Kumar Sinha, a senior Indian Railway Stores Service (IRSS) officer, has been transferred to West Central Railway (WCR) and appointed as Principal Chief Materials Manager (PCMM).
Sinha transitions to his new role after serving as the Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM) at East Central Railway (ECR).
