NEW DELHI — The Central Government has officially sanctioned an inter-cadre deputation for V S R Ananthnag, a 2011-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, transferring his operational jurisdiction from the West Bengal cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre.
The temporary transfer has been approved for a duration of three years after taking into consideration a formal request submitted on grounds of personal hardship.
