NEW DELHI — The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Central Election Committee has finalized its slate for the upcoming Rajya Sabha polls, nominating Dinesh Arya for the biennial election in Uttarakhand and actor-turned-politician Rukmini Mallick (popularly known as Koel Mallick) for the by-election in West Bengal.
