SRINAGAR — The Jammu & Kashmir Union Territory Administration has expanded the administrative mandate of senior bureaucrat Shaleen Kabra (IAS), giving him additional charge as Administrative Secretary for the Revenue Department.
The 1992-batch AGMUT-cadre IAS officer will oversee the revenue portfolio alongside his existing responsibility as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary) of the Jal Shakti Department.
