NEW DELHI — In a major judicial movement at the highest level of Indian judiciary, Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, has been appointed as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India.
The Ministry of Law and Justice issued the official notification following approval by the President of India under Article 124(2) of the Constitution, formalizing the recommendation made by the Supreme Court Collegium.
