MUMBAI / JAIPUR — In a major technical executive transfer across regional rail networks, senior Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer Shri Chandra Kishore Prasad has been reassigned to the North Western Railway (NWR).
Having previously directed safety administration as the Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO) for Central Railway (CR), he will now spearhead infrastructure and signaling modernization as NWR’s new Principal Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (PCSTE).
