NEW DELHI — State-run engineering and infrastructure enterprise National Projects Construction Corporation Ltd (NPCC) has named retired 1985-batch IPS officer Shri Sarabjeet Singh as its Independent External Monitor (IEM) to strengthen institutional transparency and anti-corruption oversight.
His appointment to the executive monitoring body aims to fortify corporate governance, procurement integrity, and ethical standards across the public sector unit’s nationwide project portfolio.
