NEW DELHI — Bihar cadre IAS officer Rahul Kumar has been officially posted as Director in the Ministry of Minority Affairs at the Centre.
The appointment has been sanctioned by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) for an initial period of five years.
