KOLKATA — In a major state-level administrative deployment, 2012-batch West Bengal cadre officer Rajarshi Mitra, IAS, has been appointed as Director of Census Operations (DCO) / Director of Citizen Registration (DCR) for West Bengal.
The Director-level placement has been approved under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) for a fixed tenure of three years, commencing from the date he assumes office.
