NEW DELHI — In a key central administrative posting, 2015-batch IAS officer Rahul Hooda has been inducted as Deputy Secretary into the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India.
The official placement comes under the purview of the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS) for a fixed four-year deputation period, commencing from his official assumption of charge.
