COIMBATORE — Textile machinery and engineering major Lakshmi Machine Works (LMW) Limited has announced the retirement of Arun Alagappan from his role as Non-Executive Independent Director.
His departure follows the successful completion of his second consecutive term on the board, in alignment with statutory corporate governance provisions governing independent directorship tenures.
