MUMBAI — Infrastructure entity Kridhan Infra Limited has announced the resignation of Anil Agrawal from his role as Director of the company.
In its regulatory disclosure, the company confirmed that Agrawal has tendered his resignation citing personal reasons, leading to a revision in the composition of its board of directors.
