AHMEDABAD — Mayurkumar Ramanlal Joshi (DIN: 10205770) has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director at clean energy solutions firm Taylormade Renewables Limited (TRL), effective close of business hours on October 23, 2026.
Citing pre-occupation with other professional commitments as the reason for his departure, Joshi confirmed in his resignation letter that there are no other material reasons. Consequently, he ceases to be a member of the company’s Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, Stakeholders Relationship, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committees.
