MUMBAI — Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) has announced the induction of Gaurav Gupta as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Non-Independent) to its Board of Directors, effective October 23, 2026, pending approval from company shareholders.
Gupta is presently a senior key executive within the Group Strategy Office at Tata Sons. With a career spanning over 20 years across domestic and global markets, he brings extensive domain knowledge in corporate strategy, capital allocation, cross-border M&A, and new venture evaluation across telecom, renewable energy, and consumer sectors. He previously served in strategic roles at Mondelez International and the Aditya Birla Group.
