MUMBAI — Freight and logistics firm Neptune Logitek Limited has announced the induction of legal and compliance veteran Sharvil Bharat Kumar Suthar as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
Suthar, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), possesses more than a decade of expertise in corporate law, statutory compliance, and strategic governance. His addition to the board strengthens Neptune Logitek’s regulatory oversight and legal advisory capabilities as the company expands its operations.
