NEW DELHI — In a key administrative placement, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has cleared the deputation of Anubhav Singh (IIS: 2013) to the Lieutenant Governor Secretariat of Delhi.
Singh, an officer of the 2013 batch of the Indian Information Service, moves into Raj Niwas on a three-year tenure. The posting brings experienced civil communications oversight to the Secretariat, strengthening media management and policy dissemination for the chief executive office of the National Capital Territory.
