KOCHI — Electricals and consumer durables major V-Guard Industries Limited has inducted Kurian Puthenpurayil John as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
John, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of international experience in capital markets, financial strategy, and M&A, has previously served in senior capacities across Big 4 advisory firms. He is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai-headquartered KloVr Corporate Advisors LLC, consulting corporate boards on capital allocation, transaction execution, and governance frameworks.
